We at WERETAIL see ourselves as enabler, as a global team player, who helps build bridges and accompanies merchants across these bridges – step-by-step and hand in hand.
China is different and we understand the differences, can explain them, develop solutions and implement them jointly with our partners and merchants. We have done all the hard work of integrating the right partners, using the right channels, designing the right platforms – all of this one-by-one with emphasis on the details. It wasn’t easy, but then no one ever said China is easy. The Chinese have a great proverb which goes like this:

It means crossing the river by groping for the stones. It’s pragmatic and it’s hard work. We have done the hard work. Now there is a bridge to cross the river and we invite you to join us crossing it to discover new opportunities, new markets and new customers at home and in China.
OUR IDEA
We enable small and mid-sized merchants to tap into the pool of heavy-spender Chinese tourists at home and in China. The traditional China market entry either in online through TMall or JD.com or offline through own stores or distribution partners has for most smaller merchants become an enormous investment frought with huge risks and uncertain outcomes. There must be another way!
